Yellow Maize is flour (or Corn Meal as is referred to) which is quite similar to corn flour, is a cereal grain. It was first used by people in Mexico, dating back around 10,000 years approximately. It is very fine and white in colour. The major and most noticeable difference between corn meal flour ( yellow maize ) and white maize flour is the colour – the former is Yellow and the latter is pure white. Maize is usually used as a replacement to whole wheat flour

Ginger

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or ginger, is widely used as a spice and a folk medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual pseudostems (false stems made of the rolled bases of leaves) about one meter tall bearing narrow leaf blades. The inflorescences bear flowers having pale yellow petals with purple edges, and arise directly from the rhizome on separate shoots. Price $2 per kg

Egusi seeds

Egusi (also known by variations including agusi , agushi ) is the name for the fat- and protein -rich seeds of certain cucurbitaceous plants ( squash , melon , gourd ), which after being dried and grounded are used as a major ingredient in West African cuisine.  Authorities disagree whether the word is used more properly for the seeds of the colocynth , those of a particular large-seeded variety of the watermelon , or generically for those of any cucurbitaceous plant. The characteristics and uses of all these seeds are broadly similar. Major egusi-growing nations include Mali , Burkina Faso , Togo , Ghana , Côte d'Ivoire , Benin, Nigeria , and Cameroon .  Species from which egusi is derived include Cucumeropsis mannii and Citrullus lanatus .  Price: $2 per kg

Ogbono seeds

Irvingia gabonensis is a species of African trees in the genus Irvingia, sometimes known by the common names wild mango, African mango, bush mango, dika, odika, andok or ogbono. They bear edible mango-like fruits, and are especially valued for their fat- and protein-rich nuts. Price:$50-$65 per kg
